The Producer of Docuseries 'Century Masters' Visit Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto Mississauga

On March 9, the producer of documentary series 'Century Masters', Mr. Yang Ging Dao together with his wife, as well as the person in charge of Toronto Shih Tai Arts Gallery, Mr. Guan Sui Sheng and his wife, visited Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto. They were warmly welcomed by the Abbess of the temple, Venerable Chueh Fan and Venerable Miao Mu.
After offering flowers to the Buddha, Venerable Chueh Fan took the visitors for a tour of the Temple to introduce more about the functions of the temple and the practice of Humanistic Buddhism. At the Buddha Museum, the visitors enjoyed the harmonious atmosphere and insightful Dharma words from Venerable Master Hsing Yun’s "One-stroke calligraphy" exhibition. Mr. Yang felt grateful that he has gained a wonderful gift for his spiritual mind through this meaningful visit.
‘Century Masters’ the series mix the modern Chinese cultural and history with an international perspective, honors the life stories of 43 significant cultural figures from the 20th century.
“From one person, you start to learn China from different aspects of history, of culture and society” said Mr. Yang.
