To Pay Tribute to Frontline Medical Staff: The FGS Temple of Toronto delivering healthy vegetarian lunch boxes to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital

With COVID-19 still lingering in Toronto and to extend appreciation to support the hard work of the frontline medical staff, the FGS Temple of Toronto delivered 45 nutritious vegetarian lunch boxes to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on the morning of June 10th. This gesture signifies a tribute to the medical staff with heartfelt thanks and best wishes, hoping them all to stay safe and well during the pandemic.

Delivering meals to hospital is subject to strict hospital’s regulations especially under the COVID-19 pandemic. To comply with pandemic infection control measures, this delivery has been arranged by Radiant Legacy Subchapter executive member, Joanna Chu, who is a staff member of the hospital. With strict hospital instructions received by Joanna, the food content, packaging, delivery route and testing procedures have all been followed.

To ensure food in best quality and taste, the Temple kitchen selected appropriate vegetarian ingredients and coordinated the timeliness of when the meals were prepared.
